2020 California Ballot Propositions
14 Bonds(채권)
Issues $5.5 billion in bonds for state stem cell research institute: 가주 줄기세포 연구기관을 설립하기 위하여 $5.5억 상당의 주정부 채권을 발행한다.
15 Taxes(세금)
Requires commercial and industrial properties to be taxed based on market value: 상업용 및 산업용 부동산을 시장가치(현시세)에 따라 과세한다.
16 Affirmative Action(차별철폐 조치)
Repeals Proposition 209 that says the state cannot discriminate or grant preferential treatment based on race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin in public employment, education, or contracting: 인종, 성별, 피부색, 민족성 또는 기원국가등에 근거하여 공공 고용, 교육 또는 계약에서 차별하거나 특혜를 줄 수 없다는 제안 209을 철회한다.
17 Suffrage(선거권)
Restores the right to vote to people convicted of felonies who are on parole: 중범죄로 유죄판결을 받고 가석방 중인 사람들에게 투표권을 부여한다.
18 Suffrage(선거권)
Allows 17-year-olds who will be 18 at the time of the next general election to vote in primaries and special elections: 다음 총선 당시 만 18세가 되는 만 17세들에게 예비선거와 특별선거에서 투표할 수 있도록 허용한다.

Changes tax assessment transfers and inheritance rules: 세무 평가 이전 및 상속 규칙을 변경한다.
20 Law Enforcement(법 집행)
Makes changes to policies related to criminal sentencing charges, prison release, and DNA collection: 형사법 형량, 석방 및 DNA 수집과 관련된 정책을 변경한다.
21 Housing(주택)
Expands local governments' power to use rent control: 지자체의 임대료 통제 권한을 확대한다.
22 Business(사업)
Considers app-based drivers to be independent contractors and enacts several labor policies related to app-based companies: 앱 기반 드라이버(우버 및 리프트등)를 독립 계약자로 간주하고 앱 기반 회사와 관련된 여러 노동 정책을 제정한다.
23 Healthcare(건강/의료)
Requires physician on-site at dialysis clinics and consent from the state for a clinic to close: 투석 클리닉을 폐쇄할 경우는 클리닉 현장 의사와 주정부의 동의를 얻어야 한다.
24 Business(사업)
Expands the provisions of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and creates the California Privacy Protection Agency to implement and enforce the CCPA: 캘리포니아 소비자 프라이버시법(CCPA)의 규정을 확대하고 캘리포니아 프라이버시 보호국을 만들어 CCPA를 제정하고 시행한다.

Replaces cash bail with risk assessments for suspects awaiting trial: 재판을 기다리고 있는 용의자에 대한 보석금책정을 위험 평가시스템으로 대체한다.
